Meet the founder
Orlando Salinas
A life-defining moment of redemption set Orlando Salinas on a path he never planned. Sent out of the Tucson conference in 2015, he has spent over 11 years in evangelism ministry under Pastor Roman Gutierrez of McAllen, Texas.

What began as a calling to preach became a calling to walk with people through the wreckage — leading to the founding of Choose to Change Foundation.
